This offer includes Full Board and the following weekly gastronomic program:
Monday: Lunch in the Hills A lunch based on typical products at our country house in Vecciano, including a visit to the family’s acetaia (vinegar loft) where we produce aged balsamic vinegar.
Tuesday: The “Sgradellata” Fish Feast A tasting dinner inspired by the traditional “Sgradellata Romagnola,” featuring fresh fish prepared according to ancient local recipes.
Wednesday: Romagna Tasting Dinner A feast for the senses with platters of local cheeses and cured meats, homemade pasta (like tagliatelle and passatelli), and grilled sardines.
Thursday: Immersed in the Olive Groves After a bike tour in the Valmarecchia valley, we’ll visit the Frontali Estate to discover the production of extra virgin olive oil amidst 5,000 olive trees.
Friday: Special “Tour of Italy” Dinner A culinary journey led by Chef Solideo, exploring the specialties of different Italian regions.
Sunday: Pizza Night! A convivial evening dedicated to the queen of Italian cuisine, featuring a selection of classic and gourmet pizzas.
OPTIONAL EXTRA EVENT
Wine Tasting with an A.I.S. Sommelier (Every Monday) Stefano Giuliodori (A.I.S. Level 3) will guide you through a discovery of 5 of the region’s best wines.
