Imagine combining together history, art and culture: the result is Ravenna. Famous for its historical and artistic treasures, the city preserves the richest heritage of world mosaics dating back to 5th and 6th centuries, and has thus been named, not surprisingly, a Unesco World Heritage site.
Admiring the surrounding beauty while cycling will be like reliving a never ending story. In close proximity to the Adriatic coast, Ravenna is lively and carefree, always a welcomed destination.

Riders will have the opportunity to discover the local countryside, cultivated with care, with traces of the ancient Roman land division still apparent in some places, until reaching the Bertinoro climb, where everyone can easily find the right rhythm, ascending at the right pace. |
Through the Lidos of Ravenna and the Cervia salt pansIf you love nature and the sea, this is the right challenge for you: 30 km of flat terrain, from Ravenna to the Cervia salt pans, riding on cycle paths and dirt roads and coasting along the area of the Archaeological Park of Classe (here, the old port can be found), passing in front of the Basilica di Sant’Apollinare in Classe (UNESCO site).
